T. J. Hooker - Season 5 Episode 6 Rip-Off

With the ploy following the same pattern as several previous identical ""rip-offs"", Hooker and a Federal agent join forces to put a halt to the big-time drug runner's scam, but their methods in putting the racket out of business clash...
